Candy Valley is an upcoming, exciting, adventure movie for children and a wonderful, musical experience for the whole family to enjoy! This film is based on Alyse Nicole Merritt’s children’s story, Candy Valley, which she wrote 20 years ago for her ailing mother, an elementary school teacher, in order to help draw her closer to God. Alyse’s vision has been transformed into this feature length film of allegory, action, intrigue, drama and dancing. The main characters, Ellie and Asher, become swept up into the heart of Candy Valley, after a day of fun on Mount Freedom, yet struggle to find their way out of this mysterious land. Characters Captain Swift and Riley Huck, are there to guide the children through the rough terrain and sweet rain of the valley, motivating them to reach the palace of a beloved King. Sweet treats and candied rewards greet them along the way, while villain Fritzen Fox continually tries to prevent the children from every victory. This fun, endearing, action-packed movie will be one the whole family can watch over and over, and provide all with an encouraging, faith-based message!
Their previous film, “Dying to be Heard” is a powerful, evocative feature-length production where a high-powered executive, Rachel, is torn between her lucrative, blossoming career versus a life of unexpected sacrifice.
